Outstanding Invoices Prior to May 1, 2019

In our billing FAQ and prior announcements, we mentioned that if you had an outstanding invoice or balance before May 1, you would not be able to see or pay your invoice in the new One Eleven billing system. With a few exceptions, we now have older, outstanding invoices migrated to the new system. The invoice number would be the same as the one originally created. These invoices start with a 3. Invoices generated by the new system generally start with a 4.

In a few rare circumstances, we were not able to migrate older invoices. Please call us at 615-370-1530 to arrange payment for older, outstanding bills.
